I'll fix this ASAP. Clicking on the image should take you to the source. Sorry for the inc.
Update: FIXED.
It’s official: Apple is taking over the World.
Apple now largest computer maker, sold more iPads alone than HP sold PCs
Apple has surpassed HP in both computer unit sales and revenues for the first time, taking the top spot sooner than expected on record sales of iPads. Rather than losing sales to low priced tablets, Apple said it would "continue to innovate like crazy" in the tablet arena.

Winning is a habit
“Winning is a habit. Watch your thoughts, they become your beliefs. Watch your beliefs, they become your words. Watch your words, they become your actions. Watch your actions, they become your habits. Watch your habits, they become your character. If you don’t think you’re a winner, you don’t belong here.”

Slightly refocusing blog topics
So Project FitPro has its own site now and this blog can be less of a "Project FitPro" advert. My initial intentions were to actually focus on the project but since then I realized it's better if I just kept Project FitPro a professional project since I will be releasing it in the App Store (sometime this year, I'm hopeful).
Anyway, here's a picture for your time!:
Returning to the gym
Today, will be my first day back in the gym since I had my procedure on foot. It's been four days and I'm more than ready!
Here's my current workout schedule:
- shoulders/abs
- back
- chest/abs
- bi/tri
- quads/calves
- core
- hamstrings/ab(/ad)ductors
It's not exact but I'll adjust later once I fully recoup.
And please…stay safe!
ProjectFitPro.com has launched (minimally, for now)
There isn't much on it now but I'm coming up with new ideas every minute!
Latest workout changes
About three weeks ago I switched my workout routine back to hypertrophy from strength training.
My routine for strength sets was an ascending/descending pyramid of 4, 5, 6, 5, and 4 reps. I was training using the 25 rep rule. My strength increased dramatically however I began to lose some mass so I switched back to hypertrophy.
My routine for hypertrophy started out as descending sets from 15, 12, 9, 6 to 13, 11, 9, 7, 5 and finally to 19, 16, 13, 10. The latter has proven to be the best scheme. I rest 120 seconds between every set during hypertrophy stages unless I am try to lose body fat (by resting 60 seconds max.).
More recently I've been looking into alternating strength/hypertrophy week by week but that's later. Meanwhile I'm sticking with this routine.
What are your thoughts on alternating week by week?
