Returning to the gym

Today, will be my first day back in the gym since I had my procedure on foot. It’s been four days and I’m more than ready!

Here’s my current workout schedule:

  • shoulders/abs
  • back
  • chest/abs
  • bi/tri
  • quads/calves
  • core
  • hamstrings/ab(/ad)ductors

It’s not exact but I’ll adjust later once I fully recoup.
